Getting Ready For Upper Elementary Math Part II
Multiple Session Class
Three one hour sessions
Upper Elementary students
In this two-part workshop, students will review concepts that are important to success in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade math. They will be introduced to math topics that will help them to feel prepared for the coming school year and receive practice to complete so that they can keep learning even once the course is complete. They will be able to determine what they still need to work on in order to get ready for math at their grade level. Live, interactive sessions will be taught in small groups by a licensed elementary teacher. In Session II, students will focus on reviewing perimeter, area, and fractions.
