SAT/ACT Prep, Middle and High School English Tutor
Ms. Falls graduated from The University of Mary Washington in 2015 where she majored in English and minored in Linguistics. She went on to continue her studies at Mary Washington and received her Masters of Education in 2016. Following Graduation, Ms. Falls started her teaching career at Beijing Normal University in Beijing, China. She taught Creative Writing as well as Speaking classes to students between the age of 18 and 32. Outside of the University, Ms. Falls tutored groups of Elementary aged English Language Learners where they focused on reading and pronunciation. Falls is currently teaching 8th graders at Post Oak Middle School in Spotsylvania County. She loves her job because it is something new every day. Ms. Falls enjoys working hard to make each of her students feel important, smart, and successful. In High School and throughout College, Falls was on the Track and Field team and competed as a thrower of the discus, javelin, hammer, and shot; she performed best at the shot put and continues to hold the outdoor record at Mary Washington. Falls enjoys helping coach any and all sports at Post Oak and is looking forward to “living vicariously” through her student athletes.
